You must be at least 18 years old to use CKBD's services. By using this platform, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily and making decisions of your own free will. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using CKBD.

These Terms & Conditions are written in plain English so that members from Bangladesh can easily understand them. CKBD is committed to full transparency — there are no hidden clauses.

To open an account with CKBD, the following conditions must be met:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account login credentials (password, PIN) confidential.

CKBD may request a national ID or other documents for KYC (identity verification) at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until verification is complete. The process is fully secure and your information is never shared with third parties.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (may vary depending on payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

• The name on your payment account must match the name registered on your CKBD account for withdrawals to be processed.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes and not for any commercial activity.
• If any suspicious transaction is detected, CKBD may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CKBD. If any are detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.

• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to attack or compromise CKBD's systems or security.

• Member data is never sold to third parties.
• No information is shared with any government authority unless required by law.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.

CKBD may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following cases:

• Breaching the Terms & Conditions.
• If suspicious or irregular transactions are detected.
• If identity verification has not been completed.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be suspended after a notification is sent.

CKBD is an entertainment platform. CKBD is not liable for any financial losses resulting from gaming. Each member plays at their own discretion and risk.

• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a lost internet connection or technical issue, the wager for that round will be refunded.
• CKBD is not liable for issues caused by third-party payment systems but will provide assistance where possible.
• Services may be temporarily unavailable in force majeure situations (natural disasters, cyberattacks).

CKBD may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email or platform notification at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may stop using CKBD's services. Continued use after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
